Frequently Asked Questions

This work is for those who feel a bit disconnected from themselves after a challenging season and are ready to reconnect, reflect, and grow. It’s especially supportive if you’re craving clarity, self-trust, and a new way forward.
-
If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward — but you’re ready to explore change with support — coaching may be a good fit. If it becomes clear that your needs would be better supported by therapy or another service, I will always offer appropriate referrals.

Sessions are calm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. We’ll explore what’s coming up for you, listen for patterns or insights, and move toward clarity together — always at a pace that feels respectful and supportive.

Being trauma-informed means that I work with a deep understanding of how past experiences of threat, microaggressions, overwhelm, or relational harm can shape someone’s emotions, nervous system, sense of safety, and ways of relating to themselves and others. A trauma-informed approach recognizes that many people carry the effects of trauma — even if they don’t identify it as such — and aims to create an environment of safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment rather than re-trigger old patterns or inadvertently re-traumatize someone. It shifts the focus from “what’s wrong with you” to “what has happened to you,” and intentionally prioritizes understanding, respect, and healing in every part of the coaching relationship.

Most clients find that meeting once per week provides the consistency and momentum needed to build trust, deepen insight, and create meaningful change. Weekly sessions offer a steady container for this work and help keep your process feeling supported rather than rushed or fragmented. That said, we can always revisit pacing together to ensure it feels aligned and sustainable for you.

Yes. I offer a complimentary 30-minute conversation to see if working together feels like a good fit. It’s a relaxed, no-pressure space to ask questions, share what you’re navigating, and get a sense of my approach.
-
Standard 50-minute virtual coaching sessions are offered at $160 per session. Additional options — including walk-and-talk sessions and longer or shorter session formats — are available and priced accordingly. We can talk together about what level of support and structure feels most aligned for you.

Coaching and therapy serve different purposes. Coaching is focused on growth, clarity, and moving forward, while therapy supports mental health treatment and healing from the past. My work is trauma-aware, informed by behavioral science, and uses evidence-based practices, but it’s not a replacement for therapy or clinical care.

The preferred way to contact me is by email at hello@rewovenlifecoaching.com. I review all inquiries and typically respond within 1–2 business days. For clarity and confidentiality, I do not conduct coaching-related communication through social media direct messages.
Still have questions? You’re always welcome to bring them into a complimentary session — curiosity is part of the process.
