1:1 Coaching

This one-on-one coaching experience takes place outdoors, offering a grounded and gently active alternative to traditional sessions. Walking side by side can create a different kind of openness, one that supports reflection, regulation, and a deeper connection to both your thoughts and your body.

Walk & Talk sessions are designed to help you process life transitions, reconnect with yourself, and build clarity in a way that feels natural and unforced. The movement and environment often allow for conversations to unfold more freely, especially when you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

This is not about performance or intensity, all paces and comfort levels are welcome. It’s simply an invitation to step outside, breathe a little deeper, and engage in meaningful work in a way that feels supportive, steady, and somatically aware.
