Your Life Isn’t Over. It’s Ready to Be Rewoven.
Hi, I’m Hannah, and I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m a Certified Life and Career Coach, and I created Rewoven Life Coaching as a soft, steady place for people to come home to themselves again. If you’re feeling untethered, lost in who you used to be, navigating a career or life transition, or unsure how to trust your own voice after a difficult season, you’re in the right place. My work is rooted in the belief that your life doesn’t end the moment something breaks open, it can begin again, more gently and more honestly than before.
My background is in biobehavioral health, where I studied the relationship between the body, mind, behavior, stress, development, and the social environments that shape our lives and our coping mechanisms. That foundation helps me understand growth as something deeply human and whole-person, not merely a matter of motivation, willpower, or “thinking positive.” I am also currently pursuing my Master of Social Work at Rutgers University, where my coursework has deepened my understanding of human behavior across the lifespan, clinical assessment and diagnosis, diversity and oppression, social welfare policy, and the ways systems, culture, family, trauma, identity, and environment influence a person’s capacity to cope and change.
I’m trained and certified in Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and the Life Purpose Institute Life Coach Certification.
Together, these foundations shape the way I hold space: with steadiness, safety, curiosity, and a deep respect for your innate wisdom.
My Approach
My education and training allow me to hold coaching conversations with nuance, care, and ethical awareness.
I understand that people do not make decisions in a vacuum. Your patterns, goals, career choices, relationships, boundaries, and sense of self are often shaped by your nervous system, your history, your values, your environment, and the systems you have had to move through.
In our work together, we may explore questions like:
What feels aligned or misaligned in your life right now?
What goals still belong to you, and what goals were inherited from expectation?
Where are you craving more clarity, steadiness, or self-trust?
What would meaningful forward movement look like in this season?
How can your life, work, and choices better reflect your values?
My coaching is reflective, collaborative, and client-centered. I am not here to fix you, pressure you, or hand you a one-size-fits-all plan. Instead, I tailor our work together to your unique goals, values, strengths, and season of life.
My training through the Life Purpose Institute (LPI) and my broader educational background have equipped me with a variety of evidence-informed coaching tools that we may draw from depending on what feels most supportive for you. Some of these include motivational interviewing techniques to help you explore ambivalence and strengthen your own motivation for change, values clarification exercises to identify what truly matters to you, strengths-based approaches that build upon what is already working, reflective questioning to deepen self-awareness, goal-setting frameworks that break larger visions into manageable steps, and accountability practices that encourage sustainable progress without shame or pressure.
What you can expect from me is a balance of compassionate support and thoughtful challenge. Some sessions may involve exploring patterns, beliefs, and barriers that are keeping you stuck. Others may focus on creating action plans, practicing new ways of approaching decisions, or celebrating progress that often goes unnoticed.
Above all, I trust that you are the expert on your own life. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to help you hear yourself more clearly, reconnect with your values, and move forward in a way that feels honest, sustainable, and grounded.
Why Rewoven?
Rewoven Life Coaching symbolizes the intentional process of gathering the threads of your story and weaving them back together into something whole, grounded, and true.
The name reflects the belief that change does not require abandoning who you have been. Instead, it invites you to look gently at the threads of your life so far — your experiences, values, strengths, griefs, hopes, patterns, and becoming — and begin creating something more aligned from them.
As with kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing pottery with gold, I believe that a rewoven life is one of unique and unmatched value. The places where life has cracked open do not make you less whole; they can become part of the wisdom, depth, and beauty of the life you are now creating.
Honoring your Power
Healing is courageous, demanding, and deeply powerful. Choosing to do this work is an act of strength, and my approach honors that resilience every step of the way. At the heart of my work is the belief that you are not broken, behind, or in need of becoming someone entirely different in order to deserve support.
Rewoven Life Coaching is a body-respecting, weight-neutral, and inclusive space where all people are welcome exactly as they are. My work is informed by Health at Every Size® principles and grounded in the belief that wellbeing is not defined by body size or appearance. Our work together centers on helping you reconnect with yourself, your values, your relationships, your work, and the life you want to build.
I am also committed to creating an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities. I provide coaching that is respectful, inclusive, and supportive of the many ways people experience identity, relationships, and belonging.
Whether you are navigating a life transition, rebuilding self-trust, exploring your identity, strengthening boundaries, or seeking greater alignment in your life, you are welcome here; without shame, judgment, or the expectation that you need to become someone different in order to deserve support.
The Via Serena Method
The Via Serena Method is the heart of my coaching approach: a steady path that honors your pace, nervous system, and innate wisdom. “Via Serena” means “the serene way,” and it reflects the environment I strive to create: calm, spacious, and grounded enough for you to hear yourself again. This method is about cultivating the safety, clarity, and self-trust that allow authentic transformation to unfold naturally.
