Hi, I’m Hannah — and I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m a Certified Life Coach, and I created Rewoven Life Coaching as a soft, steady place for people to come home to themselves again. If you’re feeling untethered, lost in who you used to be, or unsure how to trust your own voice after a difficult season, you’re in the right place. My work is rooted in the belief that your life doesn’t end the moment something breaks open — it can begin again, more gently and more honestly than before.
My background is in biobehavioral health, where I learned how the mind, body, and nervous system work together to shape our resilience, our emotions, and the way we cope. I’m trained in Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, and the Life Purpose Institute Life Coach Certification, and I am currently completing my Master of Social Work (MSW) at Rutgers University. These foundations shape the way I hold space: with steadiness, safety, curiosity, and a deep respect for your innate wisdom.
My Approach
Rewoven Life Coaching symbolizes the intentional process of gathering the threads of your story and weaving them back together into something whole, grounded, and true. As with Kintsugi, the Japanese art of repairing pottery with gold, I believe that a rewoven life is one of unique and unmatched value.
Honoring your Power
Healing is courageous, demanding, and deeply powerful. Choosing to do this work is an act of strength, and my approach honors that resilience every step of the way.
The Via Serena Method
The Via Serena Method is the heart of my coaching approach — a steady path that honors your pace, nervous system, and innate wisdom. “Via Serena” means “the serene way,” and it reflects the environment I strive to create: calm, spacious, and grounded enough for you to hear yourself again. This method is about cultivating the safety, clarity, and self-trust that allow authentic transformation to unfold naturally.
